Shipping policy
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We stand behind the products we sell so please reach out if there is an issue. We inspect all items several times before mailing but let us know if we missed something via EMAIL within 24 hours or reception.
- FurBabyBracelets is not responsible for damage to packages or products caused by mail carrier service. Should you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged please take a photo of the package before opening the polymailer or box. Once open immediately inspect the product for any visible damage.
Delays/Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Once the package has been submitted to the USPS, FurBabyBracelets is not responsible for delays due to shipping,
- FurBabyBracelets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with tracking showing delivered.
- FurBabyBracelets is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address - we will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to double check that the address entered is correct.
