I’m so grateful and impressed how quickly this shop owner responded to my needs and made sure it go to us in a timely manner. My 15 yr old daughter has a real affinity for stuffed animals. She would always get a new one each year from her grandma and gives each of them names. Her grandma passed and it was her first real experience with a death close to her. She chose an animal that reminded her of grandma and after an hour of fear at the viewing laid it with grandma to have her”smell” on it forever. We bought this charm with grandmas name and date of her final resting time to go on the collar of the stuffed animal. It’s perfect and my daughter cried when she saw it and will now forever have her grandma by her side. Thank you so much for the quality work and attention to detail💕
Easy to work with and seller went out of their way to help me when I mis-spelled/had a typo on my dogs name. Even though it was already printed and about to be shipped, the seller was kind enough to reprint with the correct spelling. Would order from them again!
